In 1982, considered by many the toughest year in the search and recruiting business, Mr. Murphy began in this field concentrating on computer sales and sales management talent. Since that time, he has moved strategically in the search business to currently missioning his activities in the software/system integration services and, in particular, the Y2K (Year 2000) arena at multiple levels including Sr. V.P. / executive positions on both the business development side as well as on the technical side of the high tech industry. Throughout his career, Mr. Murphy has effectuated and managed scores of placements with both large and small companies as well as firms. Beyond his search activities, Mr. Murphy is also Lay Preacher involved in missionary activity both in the U.S. and Russia. He is also a licensed Maryland Life/Health Insurance representative. Mr. Murphy graduated cum laude with a 3.7 G.P.A. in Public Administration in 1979 from Ohio Wesleyan University where he was also a 3-yr. Letterman in Varsity Football. |
